Challenge

The client wanted to develop a smart mat to measure weight, body composition, posture and balance. The device was supposed to be accompanied by a mobile application, a backend and a web dashboard for a community of users.

What we did

We helped to write the smart mat’s firmware and were in charge of software development, including AI-powered algorithms detecting posture problems based on feet pressure patterns. Coaching routines were personalized through the analysis of user’s data.

Result

The solution was a success and received the Innovation Award at the Consumer Electronics Show. It provides unique feedback based on user’s actions and data trends (weight, posture).
