Challenge
The ambition of Radioline was to become the first IP radio worldwide, handling millions of users and thousands of API-plugged partners. In other words, the client’s goal was to become the biggest aggregator of this type of content.
What we did
We assumed responsibility for infrastructure, backend, CRM, and mobile development. Our teams implemented an SSO solution to simplify the UX and enable a seamless use of e-commerce and mobile apps. Additionally, we redesigned and rebuilt the iOS and Android apps to align them with the current market standards and incorporated a mobile shopping cart, bridging the gap between the mobile and e-commerce platforms.
Result
We’ve successfully achieved the primary objective of significantly improving the user experience. Users can initiate their experience in the mobile app, where they can learn about wine, explore the offerings, and add their preferred selections to the shopping cart. Subsequently, they are directed to the e-commerce system to complete their purchase. The SSO solution works seamlessly, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
