We helped the client address customer hesitation towards new hairstyles and the lack of digitalization in hair salons through software.

Challenge

The client needed a software solution to solve two problems: firstly, hair salon customers were hesitant to try new hairstyles or complete transformations and secondly, hair salons were among the least digitalized businesses.

What we did

We designed and developed a solution comprising a smart mirror and software. Part of the software was a 3D avatar allowing the clients to preview new hair colors or haircuts to help them to choose the one the like best. On top of that, the software included auto-replenishment and virtual business consultant modules.

Result

The software increased the clients’ satisfaction and allowed hair salon managers to improve their business KPIs in a significant way.
